Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was mostly sunny today.  We had east south-east winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s.  The Avon beaches had some sea mullet, croaker, bluefish and puppy drum.  Out at Cape Point the bluefish and spanish mackerel bite was pretty good both in the morning and late afternoon.  Lots of jacks caught out there too.  Over on the Frisco beach there were a few pompano and sea mullet.  The Hatteras beach had scattered catches of bluefish, sea mullet, flounder and puppy drum.  The inshore boats caught lots of speckled trout in the Pamlico Sound and  spanish mackerel outside Hatteras Inlet.  The offshore fishing was good today.  The dolphin fishing was excellent today with some limits caught.  A few wahoo were caught too.  A few boats had some blue marlin encounters but nothing hooked.

The Woolrich Oxbow Bend Flannel Shirt is so warm and soft, you’ll want to wear it indoors and out–from the first frost to the last snowfall. Woolrich starts with chunky, 7-ounce heavyweight cotton flannel, then pebble-wash it and brush both sides for extraordinary softness. It’s warm, too–double-layered throughout the forearm, the back yoke, and front placket. 100% cotton.

We have a whole new selection of Woolrch Fall clothing in stock.
