Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was sunny and warm.  The winds were from the west at 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s.

The puppy drum bite has been pretty good today.  They have caught them on the Buxton beach, out at Cape Point, over on the Frisco Beach and even down on the Hatteras Beaches mostly on shrimp.

There is no inshore report, but the offshore boats had a good day bottom fishing for tile fish and grouper.
