Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had clear skies this morning, became cloudy this afternoon.  We had a beautiful morning, a high around 54F with west-south-west winds around 5 mph.  After lunch the winds increased and the temperatures decreased, by 6pm the temperature was 44F and winds were 19 mph out of the north-north-east.

Fishing was a bit slower today.  Just a handful of puppy drum caught from Cape Point to Frisco.

The inshore puppy drum bite was on again this morning in the Pamlico Sound.  There is no offshore report for today.
