Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Another great day to be on the water. The temperatures were in the upper 80’s again today. Winds were from the South-West at 10-15 mph laying down late in the afternoon.

From the beach today there was some fair fishing. In Avon there was sea-mullet and bluefish biting. Off the Pier there was spanish mackerel, bluefish, sheepshead, and sea-mullet caught. In Buxton the spanish and bluefish were biting at the point and sea-mullet were scattered on the beach. Here i Frisco we had sea-mullet biting. In Hatteras there was bluefish, croaker and spot caught.

INshore today there was a good speckled trout and puppy drum bite, as well as bluefish.

Offshore today there was bailer and gaffer dolphin and also some black-fin tuna caught.
