Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

More rain showers this morning but clearing up some throughout the day. The temperatures were in the high 60’s. Winds were from the North-West today at 5-10 mph.

Fishing off the beach was good today. There was sea-mullet all along the beach. There was citation sized fish being caught as well. Bluefish and puppy drum are still here and biting.

 

Inshore today there fishing was great. Late morning there was a great puppy drum and red drum bite for.

Offshore picked up today. There was great gaffer dolphin bite throughout the day. The black-fin and yellow-fin tuna were biting good today. Scattered wahoo were caught as well. A blue marlin and a white marlin were released.
