Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was partly cloudy with rain showers late in the day. The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s.
Up on the Avon beach spanish mackerel and bluefish were reported. Out at Cape Point at Shelley Island in Buxton bluefish and spanish mackerel were caught. Over on the Frisco beach pompano, puppy drum and bluefish reported. Hatteras beaches had puppy drum and bluefish caught.
The inshore boats had good speckled trout and puppy drum catches in the Pamlico Sound.
The offshore boats caught dolphin, wahoo and blackfin tuna.
