Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
A beautiful day on Hatteras Island with the temperature reaching the low to mid 60’s. The wind blowing out of the West Southwest today at around 17 mph with gust reaching 27 mph.
There were reports of several slot size drum being caught on the south beaches from Frisco to Hatteras. Haven’t heard anything directly related to the Point, but I’d say it would be a good bet for those slot drum to be lurking around the tide changes.
The WSW wind had the white caps churned up in the surrounding sound waters. There was no inshore report for today.
No word from the offshore fleet today.
