Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had sunny skies and calm winds.  The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 70’s.  .

Up on the Avon beach sea mullet, bluefish and spot are being caught.  Around the Buxton beaches big bluefish and sharks were reported.  Over on the Frisco beach sea mullet and bluefish were caught.  Down on the Hatteras beach some big bluefish and puppy drum were reported.

Offshore boats had good dolphin fishing, some nice blackfin and yellowfin tuna and a few wahoo.

The inshore boats caught spanish mackerel, bluefish and a few puppy drum.
