Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was another bright and sunny day with temperatures in the high 70s low 80s. The winds picked up around 10am to around 11 mph. Water temperature off Cape Point is between 65- 71F.
High tide: 7:05 am, 7:28 pm      Low tide: 1:08 am, 1:06 pm
At the Avon pier there were catches of Spanish Mackerel and Blues early in the morning. Scattered Sea mullet on south beach. Blowtoads, Whitting, Reds, Skates, Blues were caught between Avon to Hatteras.
The inshore boats had catches of Cobia, Blues, and over slot Red Drum.
The offshore fleet had a catch of Wahoo, King Mackerel, gaffer Mahi, Yellowfin, Triggerfish, Grouper, Blackfin, Tile Fish, Lesser Amberjack, Citation Sailfish and Blue Marlin, Black Sea Bass, and Spearfish.

3rd- Team Diawa: 111pts, 46 fish

3rd Women’s- Outcasters: 48pts, 28 fish
