Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had mostly sunny skies with temperatures  around 87F. The winds were out of the west this morning, switching to the southwest after lunch.  The winds picked up, blowing 9-12 mph.

There’s not much catching going lately.  Yesterday evening there were some nice spanish and a few bluefish caught at Ramp 45.

The inshore boats caught spanish mackerel and red drum, some were citation size.

Just a few boats made it offshore today.  They had good dolphin catches and some wahoo.
