Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island

Friday, April 16th and it was a gorgeous day here on the island! Sunny with a high of 62F. At the moment we have winds out of the SW at 10mph. Looks like more of the same tomorrow.

Sea Mullet, Black Drum and puppy Drum in Avon.

Heard of a couple Speckled Trout and some Sea Mullet here in Frisco off of ramp 49.

Haven’t heard of anything being caught in Hatteras.

Offshore boats did not go out today.

Inshore boats found the Red Drum again today.!

All fish must be caught anywhere from Oregon Inlet to Hatteras. Fish can be caught in the sound or the ocean. You can fish from the shore or kayak.
