Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Welcome to what is playing out to be a beautiful week here on the island. We had a high temperature of 74F this afternoon. Partly cloudy for tomorrow with the same warm temps. Winds are out of the South tonight at 13mph.

Rodanthe Pier- lots of Bluefish caught

Avon reported puppy Drum

Nice run of Bluefish off of ramp 43 earlier today. Speckled Trout fishing is picking up in the sound as well.

Offshore boats headed out today from Hatteras and brought back Dolphin, Yellowfin Tuna, some Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. One Sailfish was released.

Inshore boats brought back limits of Red Drum and a couple of Cobia.
