Another gorgeous day. The high was 84 while the low was 77 with light to moderate winds. Gusts up to 30mph. Currently it’s 79, feels like 83, with SW winds around 10mph. Tomorrow should be much like today. Grab your poles and your beach chairs and get out there. You know where to stop to top up on bait, ice, or tackle or grab snacks and drinks! Sound water temp: 79-81
Ocean water temp: ~78
Surf: Catches from the ocean side included Bluefish, Cobia, Croaker, Flounder (released), and Sea Mullet.
Sound: Fishing has been hit or miss on the sound side lately. Today we heard of decent Bluefish and Red Drum being caught.
Inshore: Inshore anglers had more luck with Bluefish and Red Drum. A few also caught and released some Speckled Trout.
Offshore: Offshore boats slung Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin, and Yellowfin Tuna on the dock. Releases included Sailfish.
