Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
The weather is finally starting to feel like it’s season. The north-north-westwinds started blowing in the early morning hours and the temperatures by daylight was 56F. The winds were between 10-20 mph and gusts as high as 32 mph. Our high ended up being 64F.
The report off the Frisco beach today is bluefish and spot. There was some yearling size drum caught at the Point along with some sea mullet. Sea mullet, bluefish black drum and pompano , even a few speckled trout have been scattered about today.
Congratulations to everyone who fished the Capital City Tournament! See you next year…
The winds kept the inshore and offshore boats to the docks today.
