Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today the weather in Frisco was cool with partly cloudy skies. We had north-east winds 10-15 mph with some gusts to 24 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 60’s. The Buxton and Avon beaches had some good bluefish catches with some sea mullet mixed in. The Frisco and Hatteras beaches were slow with only some bluefish caught. The inshore boats had good speckled trout and bluefish catches. A few cobia’s were also caught. The offshore boats had a good day of gaffer dolphin fishing and two sailfish and a blue marlin were released. One boat went way east and found the yellowfin tunas. The bottom fishing for sea bass today was real good. Below is a nice shot of the “Godspeed” charter boat gaffing a gaffer dolphin.
