Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was sunny and nice with light winds. We had north north-east winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s. The Avon beach had some nice sea mullet, spot, croaker and puppy drum. Out at Cape Point there was a 42 in red drum caught by Jennifer Arguelles which is pictured below and some pompano and bluefish. On the Frisco beach a few bluefish, puppy drum and sea mullet were caught. The Hatteras beaches had sea mullet, pompano, puppy drum and flounder. The inshore boats had good catches of bluefish, speckled and gray trout. A school of tarpon was spotted in the Pamlico Sound today.
The offshore boats and a decent day with some nice blackfin tuna, a few wahoo and dolphin. 3 sailfish were released.

The Akios 666 SCM W has a One piece extruded open CT cage with a larger spindle to prevent spool distortion. The larger body screws make for easier access. The drag is made of a carbon disc for optimal drag performance. The gears are machined brass and the bearings are corrosion resistant. This Akois 666 SCM is becoming a favorite for surf casters off of Hatteras Island.
