• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Sunny and cold today. High temperature topped off at 43F. Little warmer tomorrow with a slight chance of a shower tomorrow. Winds are out of the North right now at 28mph.

    A few puppy Drum and Black Drum were caught off the surf today for those who braved the temps.

    Warm and breezy again today. The high temperature made it to 68F. Some rain moved through this afternoon. Temperatures dropping overnight to highs in the low 40’s tomorrow. Winds are out of the SW tonight at 27mph.

    Pretty quiet on the surf today. Rough conditions in front of the weather rolling in.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Welcome to February! Beautiful day today to get out and fish or explore the shore. We had a high temperature of 47F with sunny skies. Right now we have winds out of the North at 18mph.

    Only fish we saw caught today off the beaches was one puppy Drum from the South end of Frisco caught on shrimp.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Last day of January and we had a sunny and cool day. Our high temperature ended up at 54F. Still chilly with winds out of the North at 17mph. Keep your eyes on the weather for the weekend again. High winds expected for Friday through Sunday.

    The shop has been quiet today. No reports of anything caught off the surf. We are busy at work with inventory and making sure we have everything stocked for the year.

    Coming to the end of another month here in Frisco and we had a typical cold day. Our high temperature was 39F. Winds are out of the SW at 16mph. Warming up tomorrow, high temps will be in the lower 50’s.

    One nice puppy Drum caught on the South end of Frisco today by our friend Bobby Dever.
