Today was a wash out for most of the day. Rain showers started early, followed by downpours this evening. Winds are currently out of the West around 28mph. Coastal Flood Warning until 7am Tuesday.

Not a bad day for January. High temperature for today was 55F here in Frisco. Winds are out of the NW this evening at 6mph. Tomorrow looks like more of the same weather. Keeping an eye on the weekend storm.

Couple of puppy Drum in Buxton, Blowtoads in Hatteras. It was quiet here in Frisco.

Saw one offshore boats head out of Hatteras today. They brought back a nice catch of Blackfin Tuna.

Cold winter day on the island today. Our high temperature was 39F here in Frisco. With a steady breeze it felt much cooler than that. We have winds out of the North this evening at 7mph. Temperatures will be warming up for tomorrow, highs in the 50’s.
