High temperature for the day was 73F. Wild weather today, tornado warnings, heavy rain, strong winds and high tide made for an interesting day on the island. We still have a Gale Warning in effect until 2am Tuesday. Expect some sound side flooding through the morning high tide. Temperatures dropping down to where they should be for January starting tomorrow.

Overcast and breezy today with a high temperature of 72F here in Frisco. Currently we have winds out of the SW at 9mph. Looks like the worst of the winds rolling in tomorrow will be earlier in the am around 9. This storm is moving fast so hopefully we’ll be back out fishing by Tuesday.

High tides and ugly weather kept most people off of the beaches today.

No reports of any fish caught.

Calm before the storm today. Our high temperature was a humid 70F. Right now we have a Southwesterly wind at 28mph. Winds will be picking up overnight, then calming down a bit tomorrow afternoon before strong winds move in Monday am. GALE WATCH in effect from Monday 4am until Monday 5pm.

There were some Sea Mullet to be had on ramp 43 in Buxton today. Lots of smaller sharks along with a couple of monsters as well.

Real quiet on this end of the island.

Closing in on the end of another year and we had pretty weather today. High temperature hit 70F this afternoon. A little rain moved in this evening. Temperatures are going to drop a bit tomorrow with a front moving in. Winds are out of the West tonight at 4mmph.

Not a whole lot of action off of the surf today. Most action was in Buxton. Sea Mullet, Blowtoads were caught there.
