• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Felt like a beautiful Spring day here on the island. We had a high temperature of 68F with winds out of the South currently at 20mph. Looks like it’s going to be warm again tomorrow with cloudy skies. Winds tomorrow will be SW.

    There was a good bite of puppy Drum caught off ramp 55 earlier today. Rest of the beaches were quiet.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Today started off sunny and warm then rain moved in late this afternoon. Our high temperature topped off at 68F. Looks like partly cloudy tomorrow with a slight chance of showers, high of 68. Winds are going to be out of the South tonight around 16mph.

    Reports of a few puppy Drum caught here off of ramp 49 and in Hatteras as well.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here we are at the end of another weekend and today was not too bad for weather. Sunny with a high temperature of 46F. Little chilly with the wind. Speaking of winds, they are out of the NE right now at 10mph. Looks like it’s going to be a warm week with highs in the mid 60’s up until Saturday.

    Overall quiet day off the surf. No reports came into the shop. Hoping this week’s warmer temps will bring the bite.

    Sunny and cool day here in Frisco. Our high temperature was 55F this afternoon. Cooling down a bit tomorrow with with sunshine again and a high around 45F. We have winds out of the NW tonight at 27mph.

    Good day for puppy Drum again. A few were caught from Buxton to Hatteras.

    Off and on rain this afternoon gave way to sunny skies. Our high temperature reached 64F. We unfortunately have some ugly weather moving through late tonight through tomorrow. High winds, coastal flooding and rough seas. GALE WARNING from midnight tonight until noon on Friday.

    Winds right now are out of the South around 20mph.

    Puppy Drum down right off of ramp 55 earlier today. Quiet here in Frisco.
