Today was a hot one with the high at 85. Not much wind overall today but it’s currently blowing about 6mph out of the east. Tomorrow is looking similar with gentle winds.
Speckled Trout and Red Drum were caught in the sound.
Inshore boats got Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, and Bluefish. The ones who went out a little further got Cobia, Dolphin, and Spanish Mackerel.
Offshore boats brought gaffer Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna back to the docks. There were releases of Blue Marlin (several), White Marlin, and Sailfish.
The roads, beaches, and just about everywhere else has been packed this weekend and is only going to continue. Be mindful of the speed limits and watch out for people walking or biking.
