Real quiet day here at the shop. We have not heard of much going on off the surf.

Slow fishing offshore today. The boats that did go out caught Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna and some Wahoo. Bite Me released a Sailfish.

Inshore boats had a much better day with catches of Speckled Trout, Drum and Bluefish.

Pretty fall-like day here in Frisco. Our high temperature hit 75F with winds out of the North right now at 8mph. Little bit warmer tomorrow but still looking like a nice day.

Big Drum off the Avon Pier earlier today.

Avon beaches reporting puppy Drum, Pompano, Spot and Spanish.

Spanish run earlier this morning at the point. Good amount of over slot size Drum this evening.

Small Black Drum, pompano and Sea Mullet caught just North of the point.

Large Drum and Bluefish in Hatteras off of ramp 55.

Offshore boats made it out today and found a good amount of Wahoo, some Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, Albacore and a variety of bottom fish.

Inshore boats did well with Speckled Trout, some Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Red Drum.

Offshore boats out of Hatteras had a great day fishing. Couple of Sailfish released by Carolina Girl. King Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, some Dolphin and Wahoo were brought back to the docks.

Inshore boats did well with Bluefish, Red Drum and Speckled Trout.

The closing of the week brought in some cooler fall temps with it today. Some rain to start off the morning clearing up by the afternoon. Our high for the day was 73F. Little bit warmer tomorrow. Winds are out of the North right now at 19mph.
