Humidity has taken over…high temperature of 86F this afternoon. Winds are out of the SW at 20mph this evening. The winds are going to stay out of the SW for tomorrow as well.

Pompano, Sea Mullet and Croaker earlier this morning in Hatteras. Other than that, the heat and winds have kept the surf fishing at bay.

A couple big boats went offshore today. Dolphin was the catch of the day.

Hope everyone got out on our beaches and enjoyed your Sunday.! We had another sunny and breezy day with a high temperature 86F. Winds are out of the South at 21mph. Winds will keep up with the speed but be out of the SW most of the day tomorrow.

Rodanthe Pier- Speckled Trout, Puppy Drum and some Croakers

It is going to continue to be slow off the surf with these conditions. We have not heard of anything caught as of yet.

Some of the offshore fleet out of Hatteras made it out today. Winds picked up later on but most boats brought back limits of Dolphin and Red Snapper.

Inshore boats had a good day with Speckled Trout and Red Drum.

Sunny and breezy today. High temperature for this afternoon was 86F. More of the same temps for tomorrow with a chance of scattered thunderstorms in the am.

Surf is choppy and dirty here in Frisco. We have not heard of anything caught off the surf as of tonight.

Saw some puppy Drum caught in the sound up near Avon earlier.

Offshore boats out of Hatteras made it out today. They did good with Dolphin of all sizes, some Snappers and a Wahoo.

Inshore boats continue to find the Drum

Winds are going to remain most of the week. Don’t let that discourage you, get out and give it a try.

Elsa came in today and left us with some rain and winds. High temperature for today was 82F. Right now we have winds out of the South at 34mph. Keep an eye out, we still have a Tropical Storm Warning until early Friday morning for winds 35-45mph, gusts to 55. Just because the storm has moved on, the currents are deadly in the surf.

As you can imagine with the weather we have not heard of anything caught today. If you were brave enough and caught something on the surf or sound today, let us know and send us a picture. We will be happy to post it..!

Hot and humid today with a high temp of 86F. Rain and some wind moving in tomorrow afternoon from what is left of Elsa.

Fishing off the surf has been tough this week but there are fish to be found.

Ramp 55 was the hot spot today with Pompano earlier in the day and a bunch of puppy Drum close to sunset this evening.

Looks like some Spanish Mackerel early this morning at ramp 45 as well.

Offshore boats went out today and brought back limits of Dolphin with a few Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna mixed in.

Inshore boats are still catching Red Drum and Speckled Trout.
