Tomorrow the temps will be nearly the same while winds will increase. Winds are expected to get up to 24mph with gusts up to 30mph. Rain is moving in and the rest of the week will be filled with it. We should begin to see stronger effects from Tropical Storm Debby tomorrow evening or Thursday morning. The biggest concern from Debby is flooding and there is already a few spots on NC 12 that have standing water so drive with caution.

Tropical Storm Debby has slowed down a little bit, we should see the effects of her Thursday evening instead of Wednesday now. Storm surge flooding is still the biggest concern. Tomorrow’s temps and winds should be similar to today’s but the chance of rain has decreased. While Monday’s radar looks better, the rest of the week is a much different story. While Tropical Storm Debby’s path is looking to track a little more inland, we’re still going to see rain and potential flooding.
