We had a high temperature today of 61F. Right now we have winds out of the SW at 16mph. Looks like a slightly cooler day tomorrow and no rain hopefully.

More puppy Drum were being caught down in Hatteras at the inlet this afternoon. Might be a good chance tomorrow as well.

Dog sharks at the point today. No reports from the other beaches.

Turned out to be a very nice day here in Frisco. We had a high temperature of 54F and plenty of sunshine. We have winds out of the SW right now at 23mph.

A handful of puppy Drum were caught this afternoon at the inlet in Hatteras.

No reports form the other beaches.

Happy Monday.! The day started off nice here on the island. Heavy rain moved in this afternoon. Our high temperature for the day was 55F. We have winds out of the South right now at 30mph. Looks like it’s going to clear up for the next few days. Might want to get out and give surf fishing a try.

Hope everyone out there enjoyed their Sunday. It was a cold but sunny day here in Frisco. Our high temperature for the day topped off at 39F. We have winds out of the NE right now at 13mph. Tomorrow we are looking at an 80% chance of rain.

No reports from the surf today, might have a chance midweek with temps rising to the low 60’s.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Here we are again. Today’s high temperature was 43F with winds out of the NW at 23mph at this hour. Sunny but a little cooler tomorrow, Monday looks like more rain unfortunately.

The winds are blowing and the fish aren’t biting. We did have a couple anglers come in and buy bait so they are giving it a shot at least?

If you are on the island, get out on the beaches and explore. This time of year is great for finding shells, driftwood and more. While you’re out there, take a bag with you and pick up trash that may have washed up on the shoreline. Help keep our beaches clean for everyone to enjoy…!!
