• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today was a beautiful day. We had temperatures in the low 80’s and the wind were out of the northeast earlier today and the southeast this evening with winds between 3-7mph.
    Folks are here and are gonna fish while they can.  We don’t have much to report, but we did have reports of bluefish and small flounder here at Ramp 49 today.
    The inshore boats didn’t go out today.
    The offshore boats had catches of dolphin, nice size wahoo, a few blackfin tuna and a descent triggerfish bite as well.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the south-southeast at 2-8 mph with temperatures in the lower 90’s.
    In Buxton Pompano were reported.  In Frisco Cobia, Flounder and Pompano were caught.
    The inshore boats caught Bluefish and Red Drum.
    The offshore boats caught Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna and Wahoo. Bottom fishing produced catches of Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, and Black Sea Bass. Two Sailfish were released.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the north at 1-8 mph from the North and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s to lower 80’s.
    On all beaches Avon south to Hatteras bluefish, sea mullet and Spanish mackerel were caught.
    The inshore boats caught Spanish mackerel, Drum, and bluefish in the Pamlico Sound
    The offshore boats had good Dolphin and scattered wahoo with a fair Blackfin bite. There were also 2 sailfish releases today from the Good Times and  Tuna Duck

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had sunny skies.  The winds were from the north at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.
    On all beaches Avon south to Hatteras bluefish, sea mullet and spanish mackerel were caught.
    The inshore boats caught  spanish mackerel, king mackerel and bluefish just outside Hatteras inlet.  In the Pamlico Sound bluefish, puppy drum and big drum were reported.    .
    The offshore boats had good Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna catches, a few wahoo and sailfish were caught.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had sunny skies and calm winds.  The winds were from the east-north-east at 1-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.
    In Buxton Sea Mullet and Pompano were reported.  Over on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches Sea Mullet, Pompano and some citation Drum were caught.
    The inshore boats caught  Bluefish, Red Drum, Cobia and Clams.  .
    The offshore boats caught Dolphin, Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Good Times released a Sailfish.
