Tomorrow winds will show a decrease (believe it or not) and should be down to moderate speeds by the evening. They should also be switching to the W. Like the winds, the temps are predicted to decrease as the day goes on with 60s in the morning and 50s by evening. Again, there is flooding to be expected, be careful and cautious if you have to travel in it.
