    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had light north winds with cooler temperatures in the low 40’s.

    Up on the Avon and Buxton beach some puppy drum and speckled trout were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach black drum, a few puppy drum, some flounder and a few speckled trout were reported.

    No boats fished inshore or offshore today.

    Today we reached 47F and the winds were around 15 mph with higher gusts and blowing out of the west-north-west.

    There were some puppy drums caught today.

    Everyone took the day off from fishing inshore and offshore.

    Today we had a steady temperature around 52F.  The winds were around 10 mph  mostly out of the north.

    There were just a couple of puppy drum caught today.

    There is no inshore or offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was warm with temps reaching 70. The winds were calm in the morning staying below 10 mph, but picked up considerably in the evening hours to around 15 mph with gusts reaching 25 mph.

    We had some reports of black drum on the Frisco beaches and some small blues and trout on the Avon beaches.

    There is no inshore report today.

    There is no offshore report today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had a over cast day.  The winds were from the south at 10-13 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s.

    Today we had some puppy drum and black drum around the Buxton beaches.  Over on the Frisco beach black drum, a few speckled trout and puppy drum were reported.

    There is no inshore report today.

    The offshore boats had real good live bait king mackerel fishing today.
