    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was a beautiful day on the island.  We had temperatures around 80F and west winds around 8 mph.

    Avon is reporting some spot and sea mullet today.  Frisco had some sea mullet and bluefish.  Hatteras had some bluefish and spanish mackerel.

    The inshore boats had very good puppy drum, bluefish, speckled and gray trout catches today.

    The offshore boats had excellent catches of dolphin and wahoo.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had some rain early in the morning with sunny skies all day.  The winds were from the west south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.

    Out at Cape Point Shelley Island in Buxton there were bluefish reported and on the Buxton beaches the sea mullet were reported.  Over on the Frisco beach bluefish were caught and down on the Hatteras beach some nice spanish mackerel and bluefish were reported.

    The inshore boats had a few puppy drum caught in the Pamlico Sound today.

    The offshore boats caught a few wahoo, dolphin and black fin tuna.

    Today was nice a sunny with calm winds..  The winds were from the west south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s.

    Out at Cape Point Shelley Island in Buxton there were bluefish reported. Over on the Frisco beach bluefish were caught and down on the Hatteras beach some nice spanish mackerel and bluefish were reported.

    The inshore boats had a few puppy drum and good spanish mackerel fishing .

    The offshore boats caught a few wahoo, dolphin and black fin tuna.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had a beautiful day with calm winds and great temperatures.  The winds were from the west south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.

    Up on the Avon beach sea mullet were reported.  Around the Buxton beaches a few bluefish and sea mullet were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach pompano were reported.  Down on the Hatteras beach a few spanish mackerel and bluefish were caught.

    The inshore boats had good puppy drum and speckled trout catches in the Pamlico sound today.  Good catches of spanish mackerel were reported outside Hatteras Inlet today.

    The offshore boats had excellent wahoo action.  A few dolphin and black fin tuna were also caught.  A few sailfish were released.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we had mostly cloudy skies in the morning becoming sunny by the afternoon.  The winds were from the north-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s.

    Out at Cape Point, Shelley Island there were some bluefish reported. Over on the Frisco beach a few puppy drum and bluefish were reported.

    The inshore boats had good puppy drum and citation red drum catches in the Pamlico sound today.  Some spanish mackerel were caught outside Hatteras Inlet today.

    No boats fished offshore today.
