    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was overcast with a high of 50F.  It felt much colder with the winds blowing out of the north and north-north-west 10-20 mph with higher gusts.

    There hasn’t been any fishing reports from the beach, inshore or offshore today.

    The duck hunting is getting off to a fair start.  Today’s weather was perfect for that.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we reached a high of 68F.  The skies were overcast, with a rain shower or two throughout the day.  The winds were out of the southwest around 10-15 mph.  The temperature will drop tonight.

    We had reports from a few guys fishing at Ramp 44 today.  They caught a nice sea mullet, one or two small speckled trout and a couple of small blow toads.  There are also a few puppy drum being caught on the soundside in Hatteras.

    All boats stayed to the docks today due to winds and waves.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Winter took a break today. The temperatures were in the upper 60’s. There was some scattered rain showers today. The winds were from the South-West at 10-15 mph.

    Slow fishing off the beach today due to weather. There was only one report of some puppy drum caught in Buxton.

    No onshore or offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was cold!  We had a high around 37F and the winds were out of the north and the north-north-east between 5-10 mph.  It is expected to warm up tomorrow.

    In Avon there were reports of black drum and puppy drum.  Here in Frisco we had some blow toads and black drum.

    One boat ventured offshore today and caught king mackerel and lots of false albacore.  The inshore guide are gearing up for the last round of opening duck season tomorrow.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was partly sunny and windy.  The winds were from the north-west at 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 40’s.

    Up on the Avon and Buxton beaches some puppy drum and speckled trout were reported.

    No boats fishing inshore or offshore today due to the weather..
