    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Another beautiful day on the island. The temoeratues were in the mid 50’s throughout the day. Winds were from the North at 10-15 mph.

    Slow fishing from the beach today. In Avon there was puppy drum, sea-mullet and black drum off the beach. From the Pier there puppy drum and sea-mullet. In Buxton there was blow-toads, puppy drum, and black drum. Slow fishing here in Frisco. Down in Hatteras the bluefish were biting as well as sea-mullet and black drum.

    No boats fished inshore or offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Beautiful weather today. winds were from the west at 10-15 mph in the morning laying out to a slight breeze and turning to the North. Temperatures were in the mid 60s for most of the day cooling down late in the after noon to the low 50’s.

    Better fishing off the beach today. Off the pier in Avon there was sea-mullt and blackdrum caught. From the beach there was sea-mullet puppy drum, and blackdum biting. In Buxton there was puppy drum caught. Here in Frisco and in Hatteras there was sea-mullet caught.

    No boats fished inshore today.

    Offshore there was slow fishing. The king mackerel and albacore were the only thing biting.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Cloudy morning with cool temperatures. North-West winds at 15-20 mph this morning calmong late in the afternoon. Temperatures were in the mid 50’s throughout the day.

    Slow fishing off the beach today. In Buxton and here in Frisco all we heard was a few puppy drum,

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was overcast with a little more wind. We had north winds 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.

    The ocean is has calmed down quite a bit. Up on the Avon beach black drum and puppy drum were caught.  Avon Pier had several big red drum released.  Around the Buxton beaches bluefish, puppy drum, sea mullet and a few speckled trout were caught.  Over on the Frisco beach puppy drum, speckled trout and bluefish were reported.

    No boats fished inshore.

    One boat fished offshroe and caught some dolphin while looking for a swordfish which they hooked and fought for few hours before pulling the hook.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was calmer and overcast. We had north winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50’s.

    The ocean is pretty rough.  Only a few puppy drum were reported on the Buxton beaches.

    No boats fished inshore.

    The offshore boats had a few king mackerel and amber jacks caught.
