Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Cold temperatures mixed with snow flurries and rain today. The temperatures were in the mid 30’s. The wind were North-East at 5-10 mph.

Not much of a fishing report today. There was a few fisherman around the jetties in Buxton today catching some smaller sea-mullet.

Few boats made it offshore today. There was some black-fin tuna and some amberjack and sea bass. A few boats that fished further North today caught some yellow-fin and blue-fin tuna today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had blue skies today but the temperatures dropped once again to the mid 30’s. The winds were from the north west at 10-20 mph.

Not much of a fishing report today. Sold a little bit of bait this morning bu no word back.

Heavy winds overnight roughed the seas up and kept the boats at the dock today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was mostly sunny. We had west winds 10-15 mph. The temperatures were in the mid 40’s.

Around the Buxton beaches some puppy drum and black drum were caught.

Youth Waterfowl Days (Includes ducks, geese, brant, mergansers, coots and tundra swans.) ** Youth must have a valid permit to hunt tundra swan and Canada geese (NE Hunt Zone Only). Feb. 13th

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was mostly sunny. We had west winds 10 mph increasing to 20 mph by the afternoon. The temperatures were in the mid 40’s.

The ocean is sill too rough for any fishing from the beach or boats.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had clear skies and a temperature near 50F, with light north and northwest winds.

Thanks to SUPER BOWL STORM 2016, folks woke up to ocean and soundside flooding on Hatteras Island, Ocracoke and Kitty Hawk. Below are some photos and links to some of our local photographers and islanders who ventured out this morning. We have shared a few videos as well on our facebook page.
