• Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

The weather today wasn’t the greatest. We had a small storm roll through last night roughing the seas up. we had cloudy skies with scattered rain showers through out the day. Temperatures started out in the low 50’s this morning but dropped as the day went on to the low 40’s. We had North-West winds at 15-20 mph for most of the day.

No fishing report for today. The hard winds and rough seas made for a slow day on the water.

From Buxton to Hatteras today the Puppy drum bite, on bait and jigs, was good with a few scattered bluefish mixed in. Also here in Frisco there was some blow-toads, and sea-mullet caught.
