Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

The weather started off today a lot like yesterday cold but calm. As the day went on the temperature was on a steady incline up to the mid 50’s. The wind also was on an incline also up to 15-20 mph from the south-west.

The puppy drum were on the beach again today. Reports of multiple caught near the inlet in Hatteras.

Offshore finally got some attention today and it was a great day to be fishing. The yellowfin and blackfin were biting great. There was also some gaffer dolphin caught. Bottom fishing was good as well with grouper, tilefish, triggerfish, sea-bass, and amberjacks caught.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

it was a sunny but cold day today. the temperatures were in the low 30’s all day. Light winds from the north started the day off with below freezing temps. Later in the day winds shifted towards the west.

The only fishing we heard of today was a good puppy drum bite all along the south beaches.

There is no inshore or offshore report today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was overcast with a cold northerly wind. The wind was from the north at 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 30’s.

We have no reports of any fish caught today from the beaches of Hatteras Island.

There is no inshore or offshore report today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was much warmer with sunny skies The winds were from the north at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 50’s.

Today on the Frisco beaches a scattered puppy drum was reported caught. The skates and dog sharks were hitting on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches.

There is no inshore report today.

We did have one Private boat go out and catch a nice mess of some triggerfish, tilefish and one nice 47 lb Snowy Grouper pictured below. Pretty work Mike!!!

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was cold with sunny skies The winds were from the north-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 30’s.

Even though the winds are calm I have no report of anyone catching any fish from the beaches of Hatteras Island. Although there is a good chance of some puppy drum action down near Hatteras Inlet.

There is no inshore or offshore report today.
