  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had mostly clear skies, with a light northeast wind blowing around 5 mph and a temperature of 54F.

The fishing reports are hard to get.  There are a few folks trying their luck, up and down the beach.  The speckled trout bite is scattered and most have been on the small side.  There has been a few dog sharks also.  The water is calming down, just needs to clean up a little more.  There’s always tomorrow.

The boats that are live baiting for king mackerel are doing really good.  There is no inshore report.
