We had a wonderful sunny Christmas Eve today will light winds.  The winds were from the west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.  Hwy 12 is open.

Fishing today was slow with only a few people fishing.  A few sea mullet were caught on the Frisco beach.  Below is Brandon Molenda  with his 1 lb 4 oz sea mullet caught over ramp 49 in Frisco today.  Nice catch Brandon and Merry Christmas!!!

No boats fished inshore or offshore.

We had a sunny day today will light winds.  The winds were from the west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50’s.  Hwy 12 is open.  The weather for the next two days look a lot nicer.

Fishing today was slow only a few puppy drum caught on the Buxton beach and sharks and skates out at Cape Point.

No boats fished inshore or offshore.

We had a windy and partly sunny day today.  The winds were from the north-west at 15-25 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 40.  Hwy 12 is open.  The weather for the next few days look a lot nicer.

Fishing today was impossible just like yesterday with the rough conditions.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had a very windy and cloudy day today.  The winds were from the west at 20-40 mph with gusts to 48 mph.The temperatures were in the low 60’s and cooling down to the mid 40’s by the afternoon. Hwy 12 is open but there were periods of some ocean over wash at Mirlo beach and soundside flooding in Salvo and Rodanthe.

Fishing today was impossible with the rough conditions.

We had sunny skies today.  The winds were from the east south-east at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s. Hwy 12 is open.  We are so happy.

Fishing today was slow just like yesterday. Sharks and skates were reported out at Cape Point and on the Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras beaches just like the past few weeks.
