• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was mostly cloudy with some sunshine, rainy with thunder and lighting off and on.  We had south-west winds 5-15 mph and the temperatures were right at 80 degrees.  Up on the Avon beach there were pompano, sea mullet and spot caught.  Cape Point walkers had another good day of spanish mackerel and bluefish on lures.  The Frisco and Hatteras beach were steady with nice sea mullet and bluefish.  The inshore boats caught a mess of bluefish and speckled and gray trout.  The offshore dolphin bite was really good and so was the wahoo fishing.  It’s a good time to fast troll the wahoo’s off of Hatteras Island.
