    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a mostly cloudy day today.  The winds were from the south-west at 20-30 mph with rain showers in the afternoon.  The temperatures were in the upper 50’s.

    This morning was beautiful until the weather front moved through.  Only some dog sharks and skates caught today.  There were some puppy drum caught yesterday down on the Hatteras beach and chances are this morning there were some caught.

    No Boats fishing inshore or offshore.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a partly sunny day today.  The winds were from the north-west switching to the south-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 30’s.

    No one fishing from the beaches today due to the cold and windy weather just like yesterday.

    No Boats fishing inshore and the few boats fishing offshore had good black sea bass, tile fish and amberjasck catches.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a mostly sunny day today turning cold with near freezing temperatures.  The winds were from the north-west at 20-30 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 30’s.

    No one fishing from the beaches today due to the cold and windy weather.

    No Boats fishing inshore or offshore today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a mostly sunny day today turning cloudy with rain early this evening.  The winds were from the north-east switching to the north-west at 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 40’s.  Tonight we have a low pressure moving through and we have rain and a slight chance of snow after 1 am.

    Plenty of dog sharks and skates out at Cape Point and on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches and that is all I have heard today.

    No Boats fishing today inshore.  A few boats fishing offshore today.  They had catches of blackfin tuna, false albacore and amberjack.  The bottom fishing was real good again today. Black sea bass, grouper and tilefish were caught in good numbers.  A few hammerhead sharks were also caught.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a mostly sunny day today.  The winds were from the north-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were around 50 degrees..

    There were some nice catches of puppy drum on the Hatteras beaches today along with plenty of dog sharks and skates out at Cape Point and on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches.

    No Boats fishing today inshore.  The offshore bottom fishing has been really good with lots of tilefish and some groupers caught today. All the amberjacks you wanted too. No bluefin tunas reported today.
