• Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:  Today the weather in Frisco was partly sunny with breezy conditons.  We had north winds 10-20 mph with some gusts to 31 mph.  The temperatures were in the upper 50’s. Our sand road at Mirlo Beach is still passable around low tide.

    The north beach is still rough but the seas are getting smaller.  There were puppy drum caught out at Cape Point, on the Frisco beach and down over ramp 55 in Hatteras.  A few speckled trout were caught on the Frisco beach.

    No boats fished offshore.  A few inshore boats fished and they caught some puppy drum again today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:  Today the weather in Frisco was partly cloudy with lighter winds.  We had north winds 10-15 mph with some gusts to 28 mph.  The temperatures were in the upper 50’s. Our sand road at Mirlo Beach is still passable around low tide.

    The north beach is still rough.  There were puppy drum on the Hatteras beach today with some keeper size caught.

    No boats fished offshore but one inshore boat fished and they caught some nice puppy drum

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:  Today the weather in Frisco was the same as yesterday, partly cloudy with light rain showers.  We had north-east winds again 15-20 mph with some gusts to 40 mph.  The temperatures were in the low 60’s. Our sand road at Mirlo Beach is still passable around low tide.

    The north beach is rough and it’s not possible to fish just like yesterday.  There were puppy drum and a few flounder on the Frisco beach today.  Down on the Hatteras beach today some keeper size puppy drum were caught.

    No boats fished offshore or inshore again today.

Our sand road at Mirlo Beach is still passable around low tide.

    The north beach is rough and it’s not possible to fish.  There were puppy drum, a few flounder and bluefish caught down on the Hatteras beach today.

    No boats fished offshore or inshore again today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:  Today the weather in Frisco was partly cloudy.  We had north-east winds 15-20 mph with some gusts to 30 mph in the afternoon.  The temperatures were in the upper 50’s again.

    The north beach is still rough and only a few puppy drum were caught on the Buxton beach.  The Frisco was decent today.  There were puppy drum and a few speckled trout caught.  The Hatteras beach had puppy drum, some bluefish, flounder and sea mullet.

    No boats fished offshore or inshore again today.
