Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was mostly cloudy with periods of rain.  The winds were from the south-west 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The surf fishing was better today.  Some spanish mackerel, citation sea mullet and pompano in Buxton at ramp 43.  A few flounder caught around the jetties as well.  Over on the Frisco beach a few sea mullet, bluefish and pompano were caught.   The inshore boats caught lots of speckled and gray trout.  The 30+ inch red drum were caught again today.  The offshore bite was slow today.  Just a few dolphin and scattered wahoo with one sailfish released.  Some boats went bottom fishing had a few grouper.  The photo below is from the “Bite Me” charter boat of a nice gaffer dolphin in the water.

The Weather in Frisco was sunny and hot today.  We had south-west winds 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The winds picked up more as the day went on.  The fishing was a little slower from the surf today.  Their were some spot and sea mullet from the Buxton beaches.  The Frisco beach had some spot, sea mullet and pompano.  A few boats fished inshore today and they had some real good big drum fishing, along with a few bluefish. As rough as it was offshore today the fishing was still good.   Real good dolphn fishing, a few wahoo, some king mackerel and some sailfish were released.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was sunny and hot today, just like the past few days.  We had south-west winds 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The Buxton beaches had some spot and bluefish today.   Over on the Frisco beach pretty good sea mullet and some small pompano reported.  The Hatteras beaches caught spot, sea mullet and bluefish.  The inshore boats are still catching good numbers of spanish mackerel and bluefish.  The speckled and gray trout fishing was good today and the cobias are still biting, along with flounder.  It seems like everyday there are some cobias coming back to the dock.  The offshore fishing was steady today.  Good dolphin catches and a few wahoo. Real good bottom fishing today with triggerfish, sea bass and grouper caught. The billfishing was really good with several sailfish released and few white marlin.  Below is the sailfish released aboard the “Hatteras Fever II” charter boat.
