Today was windy with partly sunny skies.  The winds were from the west south-west at 25-30 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 40’s.  There were no reports of any fish caught from the surf today.  There were also no boats out due to the weather.  The blackfin tunas are snapping.  If we can just get some decent weather conditions the offshore charter boats will catch them.

Today was windy and partly cloudy.  The winds were from the west south-west at 20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50’s.  Today fishing was slow.  There are a few sharks and skates at Cape Point.  That’s about it.  No boats out today.

Today was rainy, but warm.  We had light rain in the morning and heavier rain in the afternoon.  The winds were from the south south-east at 10-15 mph in the morning and switching to the south-west and increasing to 20-30 mph in the afternoon.  The temperatures were in the upper 50’s.  The rain kept most people off the beach today.  I did have a group of guys come in from a construction crew and buy some fishing gear and give it a shot down in Hatteras.  They have not reported back yet.  The next day the weather breaks offshore blackfin tuna fishing should be real good again.

Today was mostly sunny.  The winds were from the north-west at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 40’s.  Slow fishing again today.  There are still dog sharks and skates out at Cape Point.  One boat out offshore today and they caught blackfin tuna and some amberjacks on the vertical jigs.
