Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
It was sunny today with calm winds. The winds were from the north-east at 5-10 mph with the temperatures in the mid 50’s. The ocean overwash is still occurring on the northern beaches around high tide but hopefully with the swell getting smaller overwash will be minimal.
We have no reports of fish caught today from the beaches. The swell has calmed down quite a bit on the Frisco and Hatteras beach.
No boats fishing inshore. We did have a few boats fishing offshore today. They found the bluefin tunas but only one was caught today on the troll. A few blackfin tuna were also caught. Below is the “Godspeed” charter boat with their bluefin tuna from today’s trip.
