Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was sunny and hot today with some scattered rain showers.  We had mostly east south-east winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s.    The Buxton beaches are having some good catches of small puppy drum, bluefish, sea mullet and pompano.  Out at Cape Point the bluefish and spanish mackerel are still biting well.  The Frisco beach today had a few speckled trout and good catche of sea mullet.  The Hatteras beaches had catches of bluefish, sea mullet and a few flounder,  The inshore boats caught some speckled and gray trout today.  The offshore bite was really good for the few boats that fished.  Limits of dolphin and real good wahoo.
