Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was sunny and some swell has shown up from the tropical storm Leslie way offshore of us.  We had south-west winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The Avon beach had some sea mullet, bluefish and some croaker.  The Buxton beach reported puppy drum, flounder and bluefish.  Out at Cape Point the spanish mackerel bluefish bite was good.  Over on the Frisco and Hatteras beach some sea mullet, pompano and bluefish were reported.  The inshore boats had some speckled and gray trout today.  Only a few boats fishing offshore today.  The wahoo fishing was really good and a few dolphin were reported.
