Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

The weather today was similar to yesterday with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the lower 80’s.  the wind today was south west at 10-15mph.

From the beach today the fishing picked up from yesterday. Avon beach and pier both had spanish, bluefish, and sea-mullet. Buxton had reports of bluefish and spanish. From the Frisco beach there was spanish, bluefish, and sea-mullet caught. Hatteras had probably the best catch from the beach today with puppy drum making an appearance along with flounder, sea-mullet, and bluefish.

Today the Spanish were being caught from ramp 49. This 2lb 12oz was brought in from one of our customers.
