Avon beach had sea mullet, croaker and small bluefish today. Buxton had a few sea mullet and a few small bluefish as well. Frisco had a few pompano. There was a cobia spotted, but couldn’t get it to take the bait. Hatteras reports small bluefish, sea mullet and small flounder.
The inshore boats had big red drum and keeper size, along with some spanish mackerel.
The offshore boats had good catches of dolphin, blackfin tuna and scattered wahoo. There were a couple of blue marlin released. Pictured below is Ben with his first dolphin. He was fishing on Predator Sport Fishing. Nice fish Ben!
