Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was a beautiful day on Hatteras Island.  We had clear skies and a temperature of 59F.  The winds were switching between the north and the north-north-east all day at 5-10 mph.

Avon beach had reports of puppy drum, sea mullet and bluefish.  Buxton beach had some puppy drum and bluefish.  Frisco beach had red drum.  Hatteras had reports of   puppy drum, sheepshead and blowtoads.  Pictured below is Wayne McCall with a nice red drum caught on the Frisco Beach today.

The winds kept the offshore boats at the docks again today, but some inshore boats ventured out and caught some drum.
