Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had light winds and sunny skies. The winds were from the north at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 60’s.
Up on the Avon and Buxton beaches black drum, puppy drum, bluefish and sea mullet were reported. Ramp 43 in Buxton has opened today. There is still some water on the road so proceed with caution. Only some sea mullet and bluefish reported on the Frisco Beach. Down around Hatteras Inlet bluefish, sea mullet and puppy drum were caught.
The offshore boats had slow fishing today with some wahoo and gaffer dolphin caught.
