Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was hot and humid with sunny skies.  The winds were from the west-south-west at 8-18 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.
In Avon and Buxton they caught Sea Mullet, Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel.  On the Frisco Pompano and a few bluefish were reported.
The inshore boats caught Bluefish, Red Drum  and Spanish Mackerel.
The offshore boats caught Dolphin, Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Bottom fishing produced Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, Grouper, and Tilefish. One Blue Marlin was released.
