Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was sunny and swell from tropical storm Leslie way offshore of us will be here until early next week. We had south-west winds 10-15 mph increasing to 20 mph in the late afternoon and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s. The Avon beach had some sea mullet, bluefish and some croaker and some spot. The Buxton beach reported puppy drum again today, flounder and bluefish. Out at Cape Point the spanish mackerel bluefish bite was decent and the small puppy drum were there too. Over on the Frisco and Hatteras beach some sea mullet, pompano and bluefish were reported and a few flounder down at Hatteras Inlet. The inshore boats had a few speckled and gray trout,with some flounder and puppy drum today. Only a few boats fishing offshore. The wahoo fishing was pretty good and a few dolphin were reported. Some triggerfish were brought up from the bottom.
